How to make your calendar
- Choose the first month, how many months, the paper size and orientation.
- Add events one by one. Use "Every year" for birthdays and anniversaries, "Every 2 weeks" for paydays, "Every month" for rent or bills.
- Check the preview, then download the PDF and print it at actual size.

Long event names are shortened to fit the box; keep them under about 20 characters for small paper. Up to three events per day fit comfortably on a landscape page.

Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark on the calendar.
Where are my events stored?
Only in your browser, on this device. We never receive them. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so download the PDF when you are done.
Can I add a birthday that repeats every year?
Yes. Choose "Every year" when you add it; it appears on that date in every month you print.
Can I print a whole year?
Yes. Choose January as the first month and 12 months; the PDF has one page per month.
Can I share my calendar with family?
Download the PDF and send it or print copies. Your events are not stored online, so there is no link to share; that also means nobody else can see them.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Add events on your phone and download the PDF; print it later from any device.
