Large Print Calendar 2027
Free for personal, family and classroom use. No sign-up. PDFs print at actual size; set your printer to 100% or "Actual size".
Made to be read easily
The dates are about one and a half times the size of a normal wall calendar, set in a heavy weight with thicker box lines and dark text on white. Weekday names run in capitals across the top. Holidays are labeled in words, not only in color, so they are clear on a black-and-white printer too.
It suits anyone who reads with some difficulty, a kitchen wall seen from across the room, or a shared calendar in a care home or office.
Printing it larger
For even bigger dates, print on 11 by 17 inch (tabloid) or A3 paper and choose "Fit to page" in the print dialog. Matte paper reduces glare.
Who it helps
People with low vision, older relatives, anyone who reads a wall calendar from a distance and kitchens or offices where several people check the same page. Holidays are spelled out in each box, so nobody has to remember what a colored square means. Write appointments with a thick felt-tip pen to keep the contrast high.
Questions and answers
Is there a large print calendar for one month only?
The PDF has all 12 months; print only the pages you need by choosing a page range in the print dialog.
Does it work in black and white?
Yes. Holidays are written out, and the shading is light enough not to hide the numbers.
